Boutique Hotel Anker - Lucerne

location: the hotel was just next door to the train station as well as many commercial outlets and the center of town by public transit. i didn't want to leave and would definitely return here.

Quaint and stylish place, I loved pleasant personnel.

A balcony and all the necessary facilities were available in my superior double room. The breakfasts were outstanding and sensational with desserts and excellent eggs, for example.

Lovely little hotel with very responsive personnel. Comfy location short walk from a train station, easy to get around. Only 5 minutes walk from Lucerne center. Great place to stay for a trip to Lucerne. ...

The hotel had an inviting charm with stylish decor that was like a warm hug. Accessibility was seamless. The staff always offered to assist.

A few more comfortable seating options would be nice.

Spacious room, conveniently located hotel with a good breakfast spread that included fresh pastries and coffee after a short 10-minute walk from the station.

Loved the breakfast spread with fresh local bread and honey straight from the hive! Plus, the vibe in the restaurant was on point-a cozy hangout to fuel up before exploring. The super nice team too.

I seemed like I was living underneath an elephant herd some nights. The noise from above was a bit much. And those pillows? Might as well be air pillows for all the support they give. A bit of AC wouldn't hurt either!

Beautiful decor, excellent breakfast.

The spacious room easily accommodated our two large luggage and offered a beautiful view of Mount Pilatus, especially at sunset. The breakfast featured fresh, local produce, including tropical fruits. Decorated for our wedding anniversary, the thoughtful touch from the staff added a personal element. Having tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a welcome addition.

The decor in the communal areas, especially the lighting, was fine. Our standard medium double room was very comfortable. I appreciated the friendly service from the receptionist. The breakfast offered a unique honey display straight from a hive, a nice...

Room ventilation needs an upgrade, sockets occasionally malfunctioning!!! TV connectivity is a nightmare for iOS users. More seating options in public areas would be appreciated!!!

The rooftop jacuzzi was a perfect way to unwind after exploring, but it got pretty hot without enough fans in the room, made for a sweaty night. I'd definitely suggest checking it out, just bring your own fan if it's warm 🌄

A fun hotel with quirky decor and a vibrant vibe. Breakfast had amazing fresh local options. City noise was constant, hard to sleep with windows open. They also offer bicycle rentals for exploring nearby.

The breakfast options were really good. Without air conditioning, it got a bit warm at night, slightly uncomfortable.
